Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Laiterie pieces. If something isn't right, we're happy to accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of receipt.
To get started, email hello@laiteriehome.com with your order number. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Items must be unwashed, unused, and in their original tags and packaging.
Once approved, we'll send you a return label. Please ship the item back within 14 days. A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, we'll cover the outbound shipping on the new item and any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Once we receive your return, we'll confirm within 2 business days. Your refund will then be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
Bundle Purchases
Items purchased as part of a bundle must be returned as a complete set. Partial returns of individual items within a bundle are not accepted.
If your bundle includes a complimentary gift as part of the bundle purchase or a qualifying promotion, the gift must also be returned if the bundle is returned. If the complimentary gift is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we're sorry and we want to make it right. Please email hello@laiteriehome.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll take care of it at no cost to you.
